Reporting on The HudsonBec Group’s Commitments to Change

A quick note on our new approach

As I suggested back in our last update, we have decided not to continue our quarterly reporting articles against our commitments to change. They have been incredibly impactful for the last two years, but to simply report just in a written silo like this now feels inadequate.

As I said — those commitments we set are no longer simply targets; but values and competencies we should assess ourselves against every day.

However, as we are six months from our last update, and rather than offer complete silence, I wanted to take the chance to announce how we will be reporting against our impact and work as a group in the future.

We’ve decided that every year, in October we will publish an annual impact report that will cover everything from;

  • How we’re tracking against our purpose targets
  • An update on our B-Corp work (our certification is currently pending)
  • The work and impact we’ve done in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion both internally and externally through our platforms
  • A snapshot of the makeup of our internal teams
  • Improvements and plans for the year ahead
